Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and put into action efficient marketing plans to close new insurance deals or amend current ones.
- Reach out to possible customers and establish a relationship through cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals, etc.
- Evaluate the needs and preferences of corporate or private clients and offer the appropriate protection programmes.
- Gather customer data about their risk profiles so that you can provide the right solution.
- Write summaries for shareholders regarding the achievements of your business ventures.
- Maintain constant awareness of terms, sales, and transactions, and maintain pertinent documentation
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
