Roles and responsibilities :
- Help the line manager with the creation of initiatives and business plans to attract corporate clients.
- Help in keeping an eye on and evaluating the corporate business performance to make sure the goals are being met.
- In charge of creating the strategy to create new products and manage the business and wholesale banking segments.
- Examining insurance quotes and policy wordings to ensure they meet the needs of the client.
- By giving precise guidance for selling in accordance with customers' expectations, you can make sure that the corporate business achieves customer satisfaction.
- It is your responsibility to assist Wholesale Relationship Managers in creating gap analyses and corporate propositions for corporate clients.
- Keep up tight ties with insurance providers, stakeholders, and other bank departments.
- Make sure that all corporate claims are processed and resolved in a timely manner.
