Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To manage multiple branches of the Allocated bank/Channel Partner.
- Initiate business development strategies so as to generate good volume of business through bank branches with the team provided.
- To monitor and motivate team for meeting higher sales target.
- To maintain good relationship with bank managers and Cluster Head.
- Manage the productivity of the field force.
- Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions Accountable for overall profitability of the team
