Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - BFS (8-10 yrs)
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Driving Regional Heads/Zonal Heads of Banks
- Relationship management with all external & internal stake holders
- Maintaining the desired Productivity as laid down by the company
- Training & Motivating Team
- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads
- Responsible for Sales & Business Achievement
- Sales Planning, Upsell & Cross Sell, Engagement with Channel partner
- Need to travel minimum (12 to 14 days in month)
- Increase employee's productivity
- Branch activation & increase product density per branch
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards.
