Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Key Accountability :
- Traveling daily to go on sales calls to meet with customers and sell various financial solutions to them
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business
- Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
- Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
- Education and experience : Graduates/ Postgraduates with 1-4 years of experience in any domain
Compensation :
- Fixed compensation for 1-5 year experience Rs. 4 lakhs to 5 lakhs per annum (basis location of job posting)
- Compensation for 1+ years experience
- Basis experience and location of job posting
- Additional incentives basis target achievement
