Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and business development activities related to high-end automotive components and accessories.

- This role requires a deep understanding of premium car brands, an ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a knack for driving revenue growth.

- Your primary focus will be on increasing sales, expanding the client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify market opportunities and trends related to premium auto parts for luxury cars.

- Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including luxury car dealerships, repair shops, and auto enthusiasts.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on premium auto parts and solutions.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in premium auto parts for luxury cars, including advanced technologies and trends.

- Provide product information, specifications, and technical advice to clients.

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

5. Sales Process:

- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Manage after-sales support to resolve any issues and maintain a positive reputation.

8. Budget and Forecasting :

- Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses.

- Control costs and ensure that the sales team operates within budget.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on premium car parts.

- Strong understanding of luxury car brands, their customer base, and the aftermarket parts sector.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Technical knowledge of automotive components is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Salary : upto 8 lacs per annum + variable pay

Experience : 5years+
