Manager - Sales - Automobile (5-8 yrs)
A reputed company in Automobile is hiring for Sales Manager with full time qualification as BE (Mechanical / Automobile) with 5-8 years of experience or MBA or Graduate with 8-12 years of experience.
- Achieve sale numbers & market shares as per the business plan.
- Carry out Sales promotion activities to increase awareness, penetration, generate enquiries and sales.
- Manage team of DSEs and ensure good quality & nos. of enquiries are generated by them and desired levels of productivity in terms of sale nos. per DSE are achieved.
- Relationship building with customers, financiers and other key players in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company processes & adhere to various standards set by the company.
- Ensure Transparent Transaction with Customer and Stake holders
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
