A leading manufacturer of aluminum products is hiring for the profile of Sales Manager.

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Gujarat/Pune/Chennai/Delhi

Experience: 3-7 years

Role And Responsibility

Generating Sales:

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

- Research buyer/customer needs and identify how our solutions address them

- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

- Overall accountability for the sales status of the OEM products.

- Must provide sales support through generating leads by actively attending trade shows.

Communication & Coordination:

- Must interact with the prospective buyers/customers in order to reinforce the marketing strategies.

- Monthly / Quarterly meetings with buyers/customers to build relationship, understand strategic / growth plans and identify upsell opportunities

- Monthly communication with buyers to provide updates and collect feedback.

- Ensure timely and proactive response to emails.

Sales Forecasting and Planning

- Frequent evaluation of performance and strength of the OEM products to unable sales forecasting.

- Update yearly strategic plan by providing sales input.

- Forecast sales of each unit segment by segment.

Identifying your Competitors:

- Must also be able to appraise the company's sales' status and be able to identify the competitor's edge and their strategies.

Identifying New Markets:

- Recognise new market opportunities and foresee the success of the OEM products.

Evaluation of implemented strategies:

- Comprehensive comparison between monthly sales with the goals that have been set. Thus, coming up with the necessary actions if required or go ahead with the strategies that have been

implemented.

Product Performance Evaluation:

- Evaluate product performance by collecting customer's feedback and circulating the same to the Product Management team.
