Manager - Sales - Agriculture/Dairy Products (5-8 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should be aware of the agriculture Market
- Having a Good distributor (Turnover > 75lakhs/Distributor) network (minimum 5) in the area he has worked.
- One should have a good farmer network as well. ( at least 500 farmer data)
- One Should have their own vehicle if not the company can also provide them
- Fluent Marathi and Hindi skills
- Should have 4-Wheeler Driving License
Experience :
- Having a minimum of 5 Year(s) of experience in the seeds Industry
- 5-8 Year(s) of experience as Sales / Business Development in Agriculture / Dairy mandatory
Responsibilities :
- Sales representative is usually assigned a specific territory, traveling might be necessary to reach clients in remote areas
- A sales manager is responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client
- Major decision making
- Put forward strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
