Manager - Sales - Agricultural/FMCG/Fruits & Vegetables/Perishable Items (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with Fruits & Vegetables shops to grow online B2B business.
2. Drive strategy and execution for Sales.
3. Delivery of tonnage, revenue and market share objectives
4. New account acquisition and maintaining old accounts
5. Ensuring growth at sub-category level
6. Improving sales force effectiveness
7. Improving the unit cost of sales
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Interest in business development, sales
2. Self motivated, go-getter, high energy
3. Should be comfortable with traveling in the city
4. Atleast 5 years of work experience in sales/business development
5. Preferably milk/telecom/fmcg/fruits and vegetables
6. MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
7. Support the management system by regular reporting on business development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
8. Understanding of competitive and partner landscape.
9. Should quickly understand to acquire partner eco-system and value chain.
