Job Role :
- Responsible for Agent Recruitment, Agent Training, Agent Development.
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents.
- Ensure product knowledge of Max Life Insurance is passed to the agents through training.
- Field demonstration of setting up appointments, meetings with customers, and all activities to make the agents successful.
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly targets / business plans.
- Company has a product mix sales ratio which has to be followed.
- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs.
- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Insurance standard.
