Job Title: Sales Manager - Agency Channel

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager - Agency Channel will be responsible for leading and managing a team of agents to achieve sales targets, revenue goals and market share for the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- To meet sales targets and income goals, oversee and guide a team of agents.

- Create and put into practise strategies to boost the company's products and services' penetration and market share.

- Create and maintain strong connections with salespeople and clients to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.

- To make sure that sales targets are in line with broader business objectives, work with other departments within the organisation.

- Agents should receive training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and information necessary to successfully market the company's goods and services.

- Regularly evaluate the performance of your agents, and where required, make corrections.

- To spot opportunities for expansion and improvement, keep an eye on market trends and rival activity.

- Organize the agency channel budget and make sure that costs are kept within

Requirements:

- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.

- At least 3 years worth of field sales experience in any field.

- Outstanding abilities in managing a team.

- Powerful sales and negotiating abilities.

- Ability to establish and maintain a solid rapport with consumers and agents.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Understanding of market trends and rivals' strategies.

- Ability to function both individually and in a group.

- An established history of hitting revenue and sales targets.

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
