Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic business plan which increases the company's client and improves its market position.
- Grow the business and meet sales goals by effectively managing the sales force.
- Conduct your own hiring, goal-setting, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by working together to understand their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Age : 21 to 38 years.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
