0 The Sales Manager - Agency Insurance is responsible for leading and managing the sales team of an insurance agency, ensuring the achievement of the agency's sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Management and leadership of a sales team, offering mentoring and training as needed to make sure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Implement a sales strategy for meeting agency goals and objectives.
- Find and grow new business possibilities that will help to expand the agency's book of business.
- Establish and keep solid relationships with consumers, partners, and other insurance industry important players.
- To increase sales outcomes monitor performance in sales, analyse data, and create and execute action plans.
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the agency to see that sales and marketing activities are coordinated.
- Keep apprised of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that may have an impact regarding an agency's operations.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degrees in any field.
- At least five years of experience in field sales or BFSI.
- A proven history of exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong qualities of leadership with teamwork experience great interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze information, detect patterns, and create and implement action plans to boost sales outcomes
- Insurance product and service information, as well as industry regulations and the compliance needs
- Microsoft Office and other sales management tools proficiency
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
