Job description of Business Development Manager :
- We are looking for young, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets.
Key responsibilities :
- You will motivate, train and guide agents
- You will procure fresh premium through agents attached to you.
- You will be responsible to recruit agents and composite agents.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Develop agents in line with career development/training requirements of the Company
Job Specification :
- Candidate must have experience in the Sales sector, Channel Sales/sales (preferably General insurance, health Insurance, Life Insurance, Casa, Credit card, etc.).
