Job Description :

- Identifying and maintaining good relation with channels to increase Small ticket LAP loans .


- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Small ticket LAP loans.


- Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internaldepartments (Operations and Credit) for completion.


- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales executives so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitabilityof the location.


- Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales strategies.


- Be responsible for market intelligence and exploring new product ideas.


- Implement technological know-how so to ensure end-to-end digital processing of loans- Tech orientation and digital capability.

- Manage affordable LAP Loans for the given Cluster

- Guide & facilitate Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective Cluster.

- Ensure Overall revenue targets are met for the Cluster on a monthly basis.

- Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the Region from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.)

- Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned Region.

- Ensure that branch profitability is maintained (Fee Income >= Branch Cost) which can be measured as per branch score card.

- Initiate the branch network expansion through network planning ,identifying potential market.

- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; launch new products for generating new business post consultation with respective Business Heads.

- Formulate the sales, distribution and disbursement strategy for the Region.

- Ensure review of all cases in assigned Region to conduct sales personal discussion (PD) to understand the customer profile and ensure right sourcing.

Eligibility Criteria- Qualification : graduation/ post-graduation in any field- Experience : 3+ years of sales experience in Business loans with any Bank, NBFC or Fintech- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter- Strong sales & relationship management skills- Excellent Channel Management Skills- Tech orientation and digital capability
