The Job :
You will be responsible for :
-Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch's financial targets.
-Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
-Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.
-Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.
-Coaching, training and developing branch staff.
-Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements :
-You have at least 4-5 year experience ideally as a Branch Manager within Asset Management.
-You are a strong networker & relationship builder
-You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
-You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
