Manager - Sales - AdTech (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Relevant experience in Digital Advertisement Sales, Online Sales, Influencer Marketing,Performance marketing
- Digital planning & recommending solutions in key corporate accounts.
- Interfacing with client teams (global & local) to identify opportunities in scaling clients digital business.
- Prospecting, identifying decision-makers, approaching, funnel management & revenue generation
- Developing business cases, presentation of growth matrix, creating proposals, negotiating & closing the Sales deals independently
- Existing relationships/dealings with Clients & Digital Ad agencies
- Proficient at analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies
- Coordinating with internal analytics & product teams for successful implementation and performance analysis of campaigns
- Submitting Sales Reports to concerns on a regular basis
- Lead strategic sales planning and account management process; establish and drive sales quota
- Lead conversations with CMO/Brand Directors of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges
- Build multi-stakeholder partnerships with existing and new accounts and represent the company as the thought leader in the advertising ecosystem
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Min 4+ years of experience in digital ad sales
- Relationship with AD agencies and clients is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent with Numbers, Excels and PPTs
