Responsibilities :

- Build Burdy's B2B & B2C business in the allocated territory

- The Manager will be a vital part of the sales team which focuses on signing large deals and growing revenue

- Manage the sales and revenue targets within the allotted territory

- Build good working relationships and enter into tie ups with corporates

- Achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Identify, develop and win new opportunities in the corporate for the mobility market

- Sell and establish credibility among prospective companies

- Understand corporate travel trends and regulations in conjunction with customer operations, challenges and pain points

- Fully understand current service portfolio and effectively use available sales tools and processes to articulate value added propositions

- Fully manage specific opportunities through a rigorous and disciplined use of the CRM tool by maintaining customer records and logging opportunities across the sales pipeline

Desired Profile :

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Proven track record in B2B Sales

- An influencer with great negotiation skills.

- Charismatic team player.

- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

- People with 4 - 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Institutional/Corporate/Hospitality /Telecom sales, or other sales intensive domains, with proven record of customer success over a sustainable period

- Self-starters with willingness to work in fast-paced environments, who are driven by success and close large deals

- Professionals with great networks among large enterprise accounts, with active Customer level relationships

- Effective team players with good interpersonal skills, recognizing and respecting the value of all members to achieve results

- Learnability as key competence, and consultative approach towards sales
