Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise, corporate, and direct sales, with expertise in B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the enterprise and corporate sectors.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and pitching to potential clients.

Sales Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.

Market Research and Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, using insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience of 4-7 years in sales management, with a focus on enterprise, corporate, and B2B sales.

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
