Experience : 4 plus years experience in handling a team of 30 to 40 employees.
Location : Bangalore
CTC Offered : 6 to 7 Lakhs per annum
Responsibilities :
- Responsible in handling a team of 30 to 40 employees to achieve the team target.
- Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Coaching & Performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Also responsible to generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of company products by building up strong relationship with existing and new customers.
Requirements :
- Must be fluent in English.
- Good communication skills and Good Negotiation Skills.
