Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales within the B2B segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across various industry segments, utilizing their expertise and strategic approach to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B segment, encompassing gyms, salons, cafes, and other relevant industries.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to not only meet but also exceed sales targets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts, and present them to management for review and strategic planning purposes.

Requirements :

Minimum requirement : Bachelor's degree, preferably postgraduate.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, with 4-5 years of experience.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with Marathi proficiency being optional.

- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
