Job Description - Sales Manager
Location :- Bangalore
Salary:- 6 to 10 Lac.
Qualification :- B.Com, B.Tech/B.E, B.B.A
Working Days : 6 days
Shift Timing : Evening
Experience : 1 to 5 Years.
1. Sales Targeting : Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
2 Relationship Management : Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
3. Team Management : Manages and guides a team of associates to ensure consistent pipeline of warm leads.
4. Coordination: Coordinates closely with Operations team to ensure effective execution of customer enquiries
5. Data Management : Ensures high quality of data capture and accurately manages sales orders on real time basis
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in International B2B markets
2. B2B sales experience is a huge plus
3. Demonstrated experience of generating strong revenue numbers in the respective organization
4. Team Management experience is a plus
5. Minimum Bachelor degree
