We are Looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to market/distribute International Brand Premium Tires. Candidates having had experience with OTR Tyres / Earth Mover / JCB / Loader, sales & service would be preferred.

Position: Sales Manager

Education: #Diploma/ #Mechanical/ #BE / #BTech / #ITI would be an added asset.

Locations: Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Durgapur, Jharsuguda, Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION

To sell the products and the services of this company to achieve technical activities defined by his company to take responsibility of user's accounts of his portfolio.

Key Achievements Measurement of the activities.

o Development and deployment of the action plan

o Utilization of tools and methods

o Monitoring of activity achievement and results

o Number of reports, performance Tracking, and comparisons

o Offer preparation and negotiation

o Time spends on a customer visit

o Analysis of the portfolio

o Ratio of actions completed vs. planned in the action plan.

o Evaluation of Company representative

Expected results

o customers visit with technical report

o Tire tracking and machines comparison

o Number of testimonials

o Number of commercials offers, and tires sold

o Number of customers converted to the Brand

Main Activities

- Field activities: 

o Targeted list of users is created, updated, and followed

o Planning visit is done on a 2-week basis and shared with the client

o Fulfil End-user cards with all relevant information (Fleet, Tire Consumption, contact details)

o Plan & achieve technical visits along with tyres tracking identification and record.

o, Identify the right machines with the right tires for comparison

o Able to identify the common tires and develop argument capability.

o Updates the reporting tools daily.

o Collect all relevant information useful to develop future business (Market, customer, tires, prices, competitors... Information)

- Back-up activity:

o Meeting with representative every 2 weeks and sharing action plan report

o Provide all technical reports, TTC format, Machine tracking card, and EU Card.

o Analyse tire performance data and verify the accuracy and relevancy of the information

o Participate actively in the offers and share the next commercial step with his management.

Guidelines: 

o Comfortable with Laptop and EXCEL use.

o Back-up activity in the office should not be more than 4 hours per week

o specific initial training & permanent support provided by the client.

o Technical works in dirty and dusty environments.

o Autonomous travel to customer's area

o Technical & commercial jobs in Mining & Quarry Cement, construction sites including in remote areas.

o Candidate must be able and willing to travel extensively including in such environment i.e. SPECIFIC

FIELD JOB

Tools and equipment: -

o Pressure gauge and tread depth gauge (Provided by the Client)

o Safety shoes with ankle protection - Gloves, safety vest and helmet

o Overall - Laptop with Microsoft Office

o Mobile phone

o Client's data books, leaflets, and videos

Profile:

o Level of study: Diploma in Mechanical engineering (B-Tech) suggested

o Ideally techno-commercial background with 1 to 2 years of experience on industrial products in a B-to-B environment.

o Good communication skills to be able to talk to different contact levels when visiting end-users Ability to develop technical argumentation to support commercial offers.

o Fluent English speaker & Fluent in the local language of the dedicated dealer area.

o Comfortable in Excel and other Microsoft Office software. Mobile
