Manager - Revenue & Operations - Education (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Build strategic relationships with brands for barter deals
- Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness
- Build strategic relationships with brands, prospective partners and manage complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Soft Skills Required :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy
Eligibility :
- Candidates should hold an MBA degree and undergraduate degree in B.Tech or related course
- Candidates with 1 year to 5 years of B2B sales experience would be preferred
- Brownie point for the member of the placement team of the institution
- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference
