Manager - Retail Store - Jewellery (7-14 yrs)
- Responsible for the entire sales and retail operations of the store.
- Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan
- Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
- Training and supervision of store staff
- Plan and direct store operations, including Inventory control and security
- Responsible for upkeep of stores
- Monitor security systems
- Ensure exceptional customer service by store staff
- Retail sales targets
- Efficient managing of stock
- Maximizing sales and profits of the store
