Manager - Retail Sales - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our network of retailers.
- Understanding our target consumers and driving conversations with retailers accordingly.
- Projecting aggressive sales targets and achieving / exceeding them.
- Managing quick sales cycles.
- Negotiating agreement terms and overseeing the contracts.
- You possess a Degree and have at least 2 years experience in the Retail sector.
- Prior work in FMCG would be highly advantageous.
- You can build and drive compelling conversations and you have a way with words that gets along with people at all levels.
- You are open to travelling locally and meeting retailers on a day-to-day basis.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali would be a strong plus in order to communicate with retailers
- You can easily forge long lasting relationships with clients.
