Manager - Retail Sales - Automotive (4-15 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Retails associates.
- Organize trainings and other development measures for the team.
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct sales manship, and prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with questions & needs.
- Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
- Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
- Handling all store operations
- Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
- Assisting in physical inventory counts.
- Making sure that customers paper work is completed efficiently.
Here's whom we are looking for:
- People who come with 4 - 10 years of work experience.
Relevant experience :
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Hindi/Regional
Languages as per the area of operation.
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multitask.
