Job Profile
Education. Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Experience : 2- 4 yrs of retail sales operational / customer service experience
Languages : Fluent English & Local Language Telugu
Candidates having experience in Hotel, Airline, Jewelry industry may also apply
Main Purpose :
- This is a front end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladr- boutique includes store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales - Should be excellent in it
- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Build a long-term relationship with the customer
- Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail
- Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results
Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
- Behavioral competencies
- Responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve services
- Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from customers and Manager
- Supports organization's goals & values
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Completes work in timely manner and strives to increase productivity
