Grade - L5/L6 (Senior Manager/AVP)

Reporting to - Zonal Head

CTC Range - Between 11 to 12.5 Lacs per annum

Preferred Industries - Telecom, Office Automation, FMCG, IT hardware.

Work Experience - 10+ Years with average stability of 3.5+ years

Education - Educational BG- B. Tech/M. Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc Maths & Physics/MSc Maths & Physics (NO BA)

Academics- 60% & Above throughout

Job Responsibilities :

- New Customer Acquisition having sound knowledge of Key Account Management, which includes rigorous follow-ups and result oriented approach at all levels.

- Should be able to identify Key Decision Makers and must have the intellect/ability to reach out to the right concern at the right level and build relationships with all such personnel.

- Customer retention with a focus on long-term relationship building. Meeting with high-profile customers to ensure service satisfaction & retention.

- Coordinate with concerned departments at HO and NRMs to resolve all operational matters including vendor management towards the smooth business inflow

- Handling existing customers and coordinating with Operations, Actuary, underwriting, claims processing, F&A, L&C, and all other concerned teams to complete tasks.

- Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing new solutions to meet their objectives, other than this plan for a better opportunity at the client end with a go-getter attitude to maximize the SOW from the client.

- Plan and visit Channel Partners to build relationships and arrange interlocks between departments to ensure a smooth flow in operations.
