A Brand and Communication Strategy Consultancy is hiring for the profile of PR Manager.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-4 years


- Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist

- BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field

- A proven track record of successful PR campaigns

- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Aptitude in public speaking and client servicing

- Attention to details

- Proven Media track-record

- StartUp PR experience is helpful but not mandatory

Key Deliverables:

- Plan, implement and manage communication campaigns for key mandates

- Managing enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations

- Reviewing, Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media

- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns

- Being up to date on industry developments and client ecosystem to proactively suggest campaign ideas

- Analysing media coverage

- Build long-term key media relations to build a positive perception of clients via stories/interactions

- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand

- Work backward towards meeting key monthly KPIs

- Stakeholder management

- Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign

- Onboard and train new members

- Produce content for various speeches, events,

- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed

Functional Competencies:

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Comfortable with Presentation and working on Google Docs

- Media network and landscape understanding

- Strategic bent of mind
