Roles & Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementation of PR & communications strategies, content creation and
- conceptualization of key messages for clients and spokespeople across various industries
- Closely work with the CEO and leadership team to implement communication plans that drive results and improve the overall performance.
- Enhance brand identity, increase awareness, and build the brand image.
- Develop the monthly PR plan in line with the agency's activities.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Put forth agency's best image, build trust and Brand Loyalty, manage during a crisis and on-line content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors and account to successful management of Online Brands reputation, henceforth maintaining Online Reputation Management.
Key Skills:
- Experience within a PR agency or in-house position
- Keen networker and adept at building relationships with key influencers and industry spokespeople
- Excellent project management skills with strong organisational and planning skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments and represent PR at a senior level within the business
