Manager - Project Sales - Emulsion Business (10-20 yrs)
A 32 Plus year old manufacturing company, In revolutionary, modified bitumen based, waterproofing membranes and anti-corrosive tapes with product line that includes Road Products, Liquid Waterproofing Membranes, Coatings, Adhesives and Construction Chemicals, Is looking for Project Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage & develop Micro surfacing Road Products, PMB Emulsion.
- Experience in Emulsions sales A must ( Bitumen Emulsion Road Emulsions Modified Bitumen etc)
- Achieve sales targets in the defined areas with focus on collections.
- Devise sales plan, projects identification coordination with manufacturing & distribution.
- Maintaining the long term sales relationship with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Architects.
- Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan, daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
- Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
- Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
- Good networking skill & Presentation and team handling Skills
