Manager - Product Support - BPO (2-5 yrs)

Job Profile :
- Interact with end user for their queries and should maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to find solutions to problems with the products and help customers work through technical difficulties.
- Documentation, Circulating Daily Reports to Stakeholders and Managing Tickets.
Education:
- Engineering or Computer Science Graduate with Good communication skills (verbal & written). Should be able to convey the message to other teams clearly.
- Technology orientation. Able to work independently for the assigned tasks. Energetic and enthusiastic.
Candidatates with experiance in handling Product support,Chat support,mail support are preferrable
