Manager - Product Planning - FMCD (8-12 yrs)
Urgently looking for Manager - Product Planning for a leading Consumer Durable Company in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate for developing Marketing Plan for brands to help achieve yearly and long-term plan with respect to sales and product placement in terms of establishment in market and consumer mind space.
- Product planning for available products.
- New product planning management, product concept building by market defining, user research and market analysis.
- The project management by negotiating with Sales, Marketing, trading, Product design, Industrial design, external consultant, Project schedule management.
- Dealer visit for understanding of market.
- Responsible for undertaking all market related aspects [For SW] like competition analysis, pricing, Opportunities etc. & initiate new product development, new ideas etc.
- Responsible for collecting & collating Market Information, analysing promotional activities of competitors, review advertisement initiatives etc.
- Administer surveys to listen to customer's voice through dealer surveys, customer feedback for recommending solutions / ideas towards enhancing the product prospects.
- Play a vital role in Product & Sales coordination for overall smooth functioning of the BU.
- Experiment with new methods of collecting customer views through - dealers, builders, electrical consultants & contractors and electricians etc.
- Also assist in undertaking Sales Analysis for Switchgear [Pan India] and recommend new ideas, solutions and innovations.
