Product Marketing Manager (WFH)


Job Summary:

Your responsibility as a Product Marketing Manager will be to focus on collaborating cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing and Sales teams, and other members of the UX and Partnership team to drive growth strategy, awareness, and adoption of existing and new product/features. You will lead our outbound marketing activities. You- ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

How You Will Contribute:

- Identify coherent marketing strategies for the product and set up marketing campaigns for demand generation

- Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches

- Provide guidance throughout the lifecycle of the product, ranging from minimum viable products to fully mature products and determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product

- Identify the product features to spotlight and empowers the sales team with clear value propositions

- Conduct competitor analysis & market research and select the appropriate pricing strategy for the product

- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

- Shape communication & product positioning

- Lead product demos & presentations

- Create training materials and training programs for each member of the sales team

The Success Formula:

- 5+ years' product marketing experience

- Proven history of creating effective marketing programs

- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills

- Customer obsession

- Mastery of both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics

- Deep influence to align stakeholders to the strategy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Drive to execute at a quick pace to unlock maximum impact
