Manager - Product Marketing - IT (3-6 yrs)

- As a product marketer, you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of the product.

- You will be expected to be our voice for a specific feature set and its benefits.

- You will also be responsible for crafting the messaging, positioning and marketing for new launches.

- In short, you will work on educating the world why we exist, what problem we solve and why is it worth solving.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.

- Plan and execute a product launch strategy. This includes but not limited to pre-launch customer development. Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold.

You will also be responsible for delivering on an ongoing basis

- Creating detailed Buyer personas that provide structure and insight for a company.

- Positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads.

- Creating Sales enablement materials that help reps close more deals such as Sales Presentations, feature benefit documents, battle cards solution documents for partners and more.

- Competitive intelligence that gives the team a deep understanding of the market. Create and own collaterals around competition and competitive advantage.

Requirements :

- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience. If you have performed the role of a product marketer in a B2B SaaS company, it would be an advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.

- Proficiency in HubSpot's Content Optimization System. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use smart calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific CTAs. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product.
