Manager - Product Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Product/Service Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing the go-to-market (GTM) plans for our products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and communications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for our products, services, and solutions, including positioning, launch strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead and manage a team of 2 marketing professionals in Noida.
- Identify and engage external resources as needed through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for specialized tasks.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring goals are met on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for resource allocation is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
