Manager - Product Management - IT (3-12 yrs)
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape
- Gather requirements, translate them into implementable stories
- Define product road-map and set engineering priorities.
- Execute Agile Software Development process including writing applicable epics and stories.
- Design new functionalities
- Evangelize product vision and benefits to internal stakeholders as well as customers and partners.
- Analyze competition and define differentiated requirements.
- Evaluate product performance & utility of features with internal (support, services, sales) and external stakeholders (customers, partners).
- Lead research in areas in which the company is innovating.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor data-driven analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to large audiences either in person or over video.
- Experience interacting with global customers
