As a Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of product development initiatives. Responsibilities include vendor outsourcing, effective coordination with vendors, internal presentations, team management, superior communication, excellent presentation skills, proficiency in advanced Excel, and a solid background in the jewelry industry.

- You will oversee the end-to-end process of bringing innovative and high-quality jewelry designs to market.

- Responsibilities :

Design Oversight : Lead and manage the design process from concept to production, ensuring highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products to inform development of new jewelry collections.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product development projects.

Quality Control : Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee products meet or exceed company standards.

Budget Management :- Develop and manage budgets for product development projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Vendor Relations :- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.

Timeline Management : Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all milestones are met and products are launched on schedule.

Qualifications :
