Role & Responsibility :
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers' requirements.
- Maintaining complete daily data of site-visits/follow-ups/tele-meetings etc.
- Preparing weekly/daily reports.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Capable of handling Presales team
- Lead Generation , Leads Through digital marketing
Skills :
- Good in Ms.Excel
- Good in Follow-up
- Excellent Communication Skills
