Pre Sales Manager
- To Manage and monitor overall performance of business development team i.e. telesales executive, Email marketing executives, LinkedIn researcher etc.
- Generating Qualified leads for the company by means of, E-mails, Cold calling, Data Research, References, Email Campaigns etc.
- Set daily targets for presales team.
- Prepare and share weekly report to reporting manager and marketing team.
- To train new joinees / telesales in the team.
- To guide them with the script and ensure the same has been followed.
- To monitor the quality of calling made by the tele sales.
- Make sure that Lead Generation Targets are met
- Handle Incoming Leads and transfer to sales team.
Desired key skills :
- Must have excellent Communication Skills
- Must have experience in web/App/Mobile App/Application/Digital marketing industry.
- The candidate must have prior experience in pre-sales activities and managing complete Pre-Sales Life Cycle.
- Should have good verbal & written communication skills.
- Able to handle a team.
