Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving IT sales growth. This is a customer-facing role that involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, recommending appropriate IT solutions, and leading the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable IT solutions

- Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends

- Provide technical support to the sales team, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and support staff to ensure successful delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services

- Provide support to the post-sales team in coordinating implementation, training, and ongoing support

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in software or IT services industry.

- Experience as a proven pre-sales performer in the enterprise software industry is preferred.

- Strong technical background in IT solutions, including software, and cloud-based platforms, such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales-related technologies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, or leading the deployment of scalable solutions
