Manager - Presales (8-12 yrs)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responding to global PQQs, RFIs, RFPs in line with customer requirements and proposal standards set by Prime Focus Technologies

- Liaising with multiple functional teams to coordinate and contribute directly to the writing, development and delivery of quality proposals in response to business opportunities

- Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile submissions and review to ensure consistency and completeness

- Creation of ready boiler plates for RFP/RFI responses to reduce the turn-around time

- Create Solution White Papers in conjunction with Product and Services teams

- Application of best practices for effective management and tracking of the RFP, RFI, EoI and Due Diligence Questionnaires

- Identifying key stake holders who must participate in the bid response process and ensuring appropriate and timely support from them

- Mapping of relevant sections requested in a Bid/RFP with different groups for support

- Ramp up the internal teams/groups to align with customer's requirements and help create a winning response

- Responsible to support the sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective co-ordination from multiple functional teams in the organization

- Responsible for management of the repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use

Qualification:

- Minimum B.E. - MBA in IT Systems would be nice to have.

- 8-12 years of experience in Bid Management, Presales, Sales Support and Account Based Marketing in technology and IT services space

- Exposure to Media & Entertainment vertical is preferred

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to influence senior stakeholders and exhibit dynamism in action.

- Result driven and detail orientated with strong management, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership team

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
