- Take forward all necessary pre-sales activities

- Interact with the customers and Consultants to understand ther requirement

- Work on pre-tender and post tender activities

- Support the sales team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution, feasibility, scope of work and quantifying risk

- Design and deliver support solutions using specific industry knowledge and expertise

- Prepare BOQ, techno commercial proposals, Working and studying the tenders for the projects, identifying the specifications and requirements of the system, choosing the most proper systems and products that meet the client requirements, Prepare

- RFP compliance sheet, proposal drawings, layout for the solutions for submission to the customer

- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customer

Presentations - preparation, delivery, Conducting POC demo on technical solutions for key accounts and corporate tenders

- Lead Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process

- Preparation of User manuals and training documentation

- Responsible for giving the training to the sales team or support staff (as and when required)
