Manager - Post Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale.

- Ensure the collection of outstanding amount with Customers.
Post-Sales Support :

Feedback Collection :
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and address any issues.

Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align post-sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Provide training and support to sales teams regarding post-sales processes and customer engagement.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on post-sales activities, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
