Manager - Post Sales - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)
Job Description
- Responsible for all the task related to post sales up to handover stage.
- Must have good experience in giving possession/ handing over flats.
- Responsible for project updates, payment reminders, cancellations and complaint resolution etc..
- Responsible for timely and accurate responses to customer service requests (Complaint/ request/ query) over phone and emails
- Coordinate with other functions on critical customer queries
- Ensure a consistent level of service quality
- Coordinate with the sales team and ERP Team for smooth day to day work
- Ensure completion of all possession related documentation and activities in coordination with Project Management Group to ensure seamless handover to the Estate team
- Engage with customers on a regular basis, understand reasons for any potential cancellations and provide suggestions/solutions to minimize the same.
- Provide inputs to management based on MIS data and customer requirement & feedback
Job Specification:
Any Graduation
- 2 - 4 Years Experience with Real Estate Back Ground
- Should have Good Communication written and verbal
- Worked on any ERP / Excel etc..
- Confidence and Presentation skills
- Good CRM knowledge
- Preferably Affordable Housing experience
