The Job :

- In this role, you will planning and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

You will be responsible for :

- Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence

- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI)

- Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience

- Instrumenting conversion points and optimising user funnels

- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluating emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

The Profile

- You have at least a Degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of digital marketing

- You have demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- You have experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns, landing pages and user funnels

- You have highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- You have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- You have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- You have working knowledge of ad serving tools

- You stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- You have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- You are result-driven and pay strong attention to detail
