Role : 

The Manager - Performance Marketing will report to the Associate Director - Marketing and will be responsible for:

- Owning performance marketing across all channels

- Working closely with the B2C team at Harappa and taking full ownership for delivering assigned B2C revenue/user targets

- Implementing marketing and growth programs

- Analyzing consumer patterns (app downloads, conversion ratios, competitor analysis) to advise on the effectiveness of media investments

- Prioritizing key marketing tactics across programs to maximize country growth, revenue, and efficiency targets

Requirements : 

- Work experience: Minimum of 4 years

- Expertise in building & running marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth for the company

- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, etc.)

- Strong understanding of marketing channel attribution, measurement frameworks, and key business and channel metrics

- Understanding of performance marketing channels like Programmatic Displays, UAC, and local channels

- Comfort with data structuring and analysis using Microsoft Excel

- Ability to translate data into insights and decision points for internal stakeholders

- Exemplary written, oral, and visual communication skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset, execution focus, and an adaptive temperament in face of start-up chaos

- Preferable experience in education and/or EdTech sectors
