What You will do Everyday ?

- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will join our Marketing & Growth team to help ensure that we are able to grow continuously by acquiring new users and increasing revenue from the different product lines. You will be working on seo, aso, paid media & crm marketing channels.

- Handle all performance-led digital marketing channels within the marketing team - Search Engine optimization, App Store Optimization, Customer Relationship management (CRM), Paid media ads on FB, Google, Influencers and Affiliates

- SEO & ASO : Optimize our SERP ranking on target keywords.

- CRM : Execute lifecycle campaigns, design automated journeys to convert signups to transacting users and eventually loyal customers.

- Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads : Strategize, execute and optimize paid marketing ads on these channels to acquire users at lowest CAC.

- Influencer marketing : Collaborate with content creators across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. for month-on-month performance based promotions.

- Affiliate Marketing : Onboarding and managing quality-focused affiliate partners both for acquisitions and app traffic and re-engagement.

- Partnerships : Partner with digital-first brands to promote Vested on their platforms.

- Planning & Execution : Monthly planning of installs, acquisitions, and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality.

- Growth : Growth hacking and finding new avenues, and initiatives to drive acquisitions through the funnel.

- AB Testing & Experimentation : Data-driven experimentation of concepts, campaigns, campaign structure, platforms, and commercial models to drive metrics.

- Reporting & Ops : Building an internal reporting system to publish data, validate partner claims and handle financial processes for smooth operations.

- Thought Leadership : Being an internal leader of acquisitions best practices. Contribute to building the strategy for performance marketing and growth, with a focus on data and platform-user understanding.

Your Superpowers :

- B.E. or B.Tech from tier-1 college

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in handling performance marketing across paid media, seo, aso, crm.

- Passionate about Personal investments space.

- Must have at least a basic understanding of paid media, seo, aso & crm channels.

- Experience with a crm platform such as Moengage, Webengage, Clevertap or similar.

- The Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You get stuff done. You have a strong bias to action and will roll your sleeves up and get things done when needed.

- Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency, possessing a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.

- Strong self-direction with proven ability to - think on your feet- and take appropriate actions.

- You are self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
